It fits, with caveats
Usually a residency or sequencing issue: right structure, wrong order. We tell you what to resolve first so the LLC is worth having.
It does not fit
It happens, and we say so. Sometimes the answer is a local entity, sometimes it is resolving residency first, sometimes it is doing nothing yet.

Is the assessment free?
Yes, and there is nothing to pay if the conclusion is that a US LLC does not fit you. We would rather lose the sale than form a structure that creates problems for someone.
Is this just a sales call with a different name?
It ends in “do not do this” often enough to be real. The assessment exists because forming a US LLC for someone whose residency question is unresolved is how founders end up with an expensive problem, and we are the ones who would have to fix it.
How long does it take?
The questions take about two minutes. If the case is straightforward you get a read the same day. If it needs a proper look (a live move between jurisdictions, an unusual structure) we take the time and come back with something considered.
Who actually reviews it?
