You hang up knowing what to do. Even if that means doing nothing yet.

This is not a sales call: it is the session where your case gets decided. That is why it is paid, and why the fee is credited in full against the work if we end up doing it together.

What you will know by the end

Four answers, and none of them is a quote.

01

Which structure your case calls for

A US LLC, another jurisdiction, or none yet. With the reasoning, not just the verdict.

02

What it costs to keep alive

The real annual obligations behind that structure, and what happens the year you let one slip.

03

What order to do things in

If your tax residency has to move before the entity does, it surfaces here. It is the most expensive mistake on this list.

04

What banking is realistic for you

Which institutions make sense for your profile and what it takes to get through. No promises.

The price of the work, if there is any, gets settled in that same conversation, once we both know what we are actually talking about.

The difference

Mutual seriousness, not a funnel

We came from the usual free intro call. It brought volume, not decisions: a lot of browsing and not much real conversation. This corrects it from both sides.

Who you talk to

A sales call
A rep working from a script.
This call
Isaac, who then designs the structure himself.

What gets discussed

A sales call
The product that needs shifting.
This call
Your residency, your invoicing, your clients and your banking.

A possible ending

A sales call
There is always something to sell you.
This call
“Do not set anything up yet” is a frequent outcome.

What you leave with

A sales call
A proposal.
This call
A reasoned decision, whether we work together or not.

Why it is paid

A sales call
This call
Because doing it properly takes preparation, and it filters out browsing.

How to come prepared

The more you bring, the further we get.

None of this is required and it does not need to be tidy. But if you turn up with it, the hour does twice the work.

  • Where you are tax resident And whether a move is under way or under consideration
  • What you invoice, and to whom A range is fine; where your clients are matters more than the number
  • What you have set up today “Nothing yet” is a perfectly good answer
  • Your banking situation Including rejections and account closures, if there were any
  • The assessment, already done Optional, but it saves the first ten minutes
Before the call PREPARATION

What happens after you book

From a slot in the calendar to a decision, in four steps.

01

You book and pay

You pick a slot in Calendly and see the fee before confirming. The booking form is where you tell us about your case.

02

We prepare your case

Before the session, Isaac reviews what you sent, and your assessment, if you took it. The call does not start from zero.

03

The session, with Isaac

In English or Spanish. A working session on your residency, your revenue and your banking, not a pitch. It runs as long as the case needs.

04

You hang up with the decision

Which structure your case calls for (or none yet), and in what order to execute. If there is work to do, the quote is closed right there, and the session fee is credited in full.

Book

Pick a slot and tell me the case.

You will see the fee at booking. It is credited in full against the work if we go ahead, and if the conclusion is to build nothing, you will have saved a great deal more than that.

Frequently asked

What people ask before booking

Why is the call paid?

Mutual seriousness. Working through a case properly (your residency, your current obligations, your clients, your banking) takes preparation before we ever speak, and it is not something you improvise. Charging for it lets us give that time to people who are actually deciding, and it guarantees you will not sit through a pitch. The fee is credited in full against the work if we go ahead together.

What if you tell me I do not need anything?

It happens, and it is as valid an outcome as any other. If your case does not call for an international structure yet, we tell you why, what would have to change for it to, and what to do in the meantime. You leave with the decision made, which is what you came for.

Should I do the assessment first?

Not required, but it helps a lot. The structure assessment is free, takes a few minutes and puts your case on the table before we speak: the call starts at minute ten instead of minute zero. If your situation is straightforward, the assessment alone may be enough.

Is this tax advice?

We design and execute the structure, and we know what it means where you live. What we do not do is replace your adviser: every structure is validated with a licensed tax adviser in your country before we call it done. If you do not have one, we help you find one.

What language, and how long?

English or Spanish, and it runs as long as it takes to reach a conclusion: most resolve in one session. If the case is complex and needs a second, there is no extra charge.
