What we assume
  • 2026 scale: flat basic exemption of €8,400 a year (€700/month) and 22% on the rest, no further brackets.
  • No social contributions or other deductions applied to the figure.
  • The 24% increase legislated for 2026 was repealed by the Riigikogu in December 2025: the rate stays at 22%.
What can change it
  • Estonia has moved this rate three times in 18 months (20%→22%→24% legislated→22% final): confirm the rate in force before publishing, it can change again.
  • The foreign-dividend exemption requires the profit to have already been taxed at source or tax withheld on the dividend itself; a 0% company (Dubai free zone) meets neither, and the dividend would be taxed at 22% in Estonia.
  • If you work physically from Estonia for the LLC, social contributions can be added on top, not included in this figure.
  • The €700/month basic exemption no longer depends on income, but it requires a written request from the taxpayer; it is not applied automatically.
